Job Description

An early stage health and alternative medicine company is looking for an individual to lead the growth of multiple nutraceutical brands. This would include new product development, digital marketing, building and overseeing a team of virtual assistants, and generally managing day to day operations. This team member will join the Vancouver office with the flexibility to work from home majority of the time.

  • Lead product development, digital marketing, and general operations of nutraceutical brands
  • Monitor eCommerce product page listings across several brands; upload images, develop content, ensure conversion goals are met for each brand
  • Manage and deploy outbound email campaigns
  • Ensure website design and content align with operational strategies
  • Develop Amazon online vendor and seller business strategies with the Sales & Marketing department
  • Accountable for customer care performance; develop processes and procedures for managing customer inquiries, fulfillment issues, product quality issues to ensure an exceptional customer experience
  • Develop and execute training programs for fulfillment and customer care team members
  • Create weekly and monthly reports and track KPI’s for executives and board
  • Hire and manage a team of virtual assistants to assist in day to day operations of the business
  • Preferred location: Vancouver, but able to work majority from home

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in eCommerce (Amazon & other channels), product development, digital marketing, and entrepreneurship
  • Has in-depth understanding of eCommerce logistics
  • Experience managing Facebook and google advertising campaigns
  • Experience in building and managing a team of virtual assistants
  • Highly motivated, entrepreneurially minded, able to work well independently and in a team
  • Analytically driven, with proven success in translating data into insights and action
  • Ability to manage multiple brands through multiple channels – eCommerce and brick & mortar


Highly dependent on the candidate, compensation will include salary, significant performance bonus opportunities, and stock options.


$70,000.00-$120,000.00 Per Year
